You may be familiar with our love of Black Frog Brewery from the numerous articles we’ve written over the past year. Chris, the owner, has become a friend of the BRC, and we were happy to get to see Chris grow from aspirations in his garage, to a locally sold product. Now it’s time for you guys to get involved. Black Frog just announced a Kickstarter project hoping to raise $15,000 in order to help Chris expand his brewing capabilities, and open up a small taproom. Check out the video below!
While he is still running at the Nano-brewery level, he is selling a quality product that Toledoans are falling in love with. I personally have already donated to the cause, and I hope you guys do too. We were lucky enough to get to sample some of his beers before anyone else, and you can see what we thought below.
As with any Kickstarter, there are great rewards for your pledges. $50 can get your name etched into a plaque that will be in the brewery forever, and if you’re willing to shell out $10,000, you will be receive a party for up to 10 people as well as design and brew a beer for the taproom as a season special!
