What could possibly be better than coming home from a long day of work and seeing a package awaiting you at your door? What could possibly be better if inside that box was an even BETTER box, carefully packed with two amazing beers and hand-selected artisan foods to pair those beers with? Nothing. Nothing could possibly be better. Now, thanks to a brand new company called Beer Dreamer, you can turn that fantasy into a reality.

Created by Jordan Elpern-Waxman, a business student-turned-craft-beer guide, Beer Dreamer, in Jordan’s own words is “your guide to maximum enjoyment of craft beer. Every month we lovingly choose two selections of the best craft beer for the dinner table, carefully pair them with artisanal foods, beautifully package and deliver the whole thing to your doorstep for a magical experience of taste and flavor along with educational and background content. We call this “The Culinary Beer Club.”

Jordan heads a 5 person panel of beer experts to create the perfect Beer Dreamer package. They are:

Chris Cuzme, Head Brewer at 508 Gastrobrewery

Mary Izett,  Nationally certified beer judge and host of Fuhmentabouddit! on Heritage Radio

Andrew Gerson,  House Chef, Brooklyn Brewery

Zachary Mack,  Owner, Alphabet City Beer Company

Jordan Elpern-Waxman, Founder and CEO of Beer Dreamer

With names like that, you know your Beer Dreamer package is sure to impress you and your friends!

The fine folks over at Beer Dreamer sent us a complimentary Beer Dreamer gift set which included The Bruery’s Rugbrod as well as Alagash Brewing Company’s Dubbel. Our artisanal foods were a loaf of baltic rye bread packed with fruits and nuts and an excellent lingonberry jam to spread upon it! We will let the video speak for itself, but to give you a small spoiler alert: the pairing was awesome, and I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the packaging. We give Beer Dreamer two thumbs way, way up.
