We love getting beers from our trading partners, and when we heard Yellow Rose was going to be in our next shipment, our excitement levels hit a new high. Yellow Rose is a Single Malt, Single Hop IPA made with Mosaic hops and Pilsner Malt. We’ve never had an IPA exclusively with Pilsner malts, so Yellow Rose will be a first for us there. With exception of some of the Jester King sours, this might be the best beer coming out of Texas right now!
