Hurricane Harvey, one of the most crippling natural disasters in American history has taken its toll on the people of Houston. As the devastation in Houston continues to pile up, you may have wondered how you can help lessen the suffering of our fellow Americans in Texas. With busy lives, careers, distance and obligations making it difficult for many of us to physically contribute to the relief efforts in Houston, in turn, many people have reached out in seeking of opportunities to donate money or supplies to provide as much aid as possible. Our good friend Jeremy from Half Yankee Workshop has reached out to us to help spread the word on a fundraiser he is running called “Hang in There Houston”.
Half Yankee Workshop has been a long-time friend of the Brew Review Crew; and when Jeremy reached out to ask us to spread the word of what he is doing, it was a no-brainer. His sister-store; Southern Drinking Club has embarked on a fundraiser offering a beautiful t-shirt for a $25.00 donation. Unlike many other fundraisers, the important thing to note is that 100% of the proceeds go directly to J.J. Watt’s infamous fundraiser!
