American Craft Beer Week with Maumee Bay Brewing Co.

For an entire week, from May 12th through the 18th, American (and probably even international) craft beer fans took to their bottle shops, brewpubs and craft breweries to celebrate their favorite beverage; beer! Yes, this past week we all celebrated American Craft Beer Week!

Our local craft brewery, Maumee Bay Brewing Company, celebrated American Craft Beer Week in style; brewing SIX brand new – never before seen or tasted concoctions in a one-off fashion. If they found their new brews to be successful and enjoyable to their fans, they would consider brewing them year-round. Did I mention that Maumee Bay has a kick-ass reuben? (shamless plug)

Our good friends Shannon and Craig from Maumee Bay were gracious enough to have us at their sports bar; Mutz, every day of American Craft Beer Week to sample and review the brews for all of you fine people!
